Riverside’s girls golf team was edged by Bethel 216-217 on Tuesday, Aug. 13

The Pirates’ Reaghan McDaniel was the medalist with a 42. Zoie Armbruster and Kenna Johnson both shot 56 and Kirstyn Carpenter had 63.

Also for Riverside, Lei Hurley had 73 and Adalyn Calaway shot 78.

Indian Lake boys slip past Shawnee

Indian Lake’s boys golf team beat host Springfield Shawnee 187-188 on Tuesday at Reid Park. Jaxon Snipes led the Lakers with a round of 42. Joe Cummins and Kahne Ferguson each shot 48 and Cooper Hall had a 49.

BHS boys lose to Pioneers

Bellefontaine’s boys golf team opened Central Buckeye Conference action with a 147-192 loss to Jonathan Alder on Wednesday at Liberty Hills.

Collen Brugler led the Chiefs with a 41. Rory Pierce, Kyle Boop and Noah Smith each shot 50.

RHS boys drop match to Vikings

Riverside’s boys golf team was defeated by Miami East 165-216 on Wednesday at Lakeland Golf Course.

Kedin Pratt of Miami East was the medalist with a round of 39. Jaxon Woods shot 40 to lead the Pirates. He was followed by Hayden McCully with a 45, Daniel Esh with a 55 and Syler Clark with 76.

Lady Lakers fall to NW I

Indian Lake’s girls golf team lost to host Northwestern 197-226 on Wednesday at Elks Golf Course. The Warriors’ Cadence Monroe-McCoy was medalist with a 38.

Emma Meyer led the Lakers with a 48.
