Cassidy Cozad, 24, of West Liberty, was arrested for disorderly conduct following an argument reported around 4:45 p.m., Sunday, July 28 with her neighbors.

Deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of west Columbus Street, West Liberty, on a report the suspect wanted to “fight everyone.”

Law enforcement had already been dispatched earlier in the day to that same location on reports of Cozad yelling and being belligerent with neighbors. She was warned then that she would be arrested if deputies had to return.

Cozad was yelling at deputies and cursing at them upon their return. She was apprehended and charged with disorderly conduct. After she was placed in a patrol car, she began kicking at the windows of the cruiser, deputies report.

She was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
