Mary E. Escamilla, age 68, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024, at Ayden Health Care of Belle Springs. She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on October 14, 1955, to the late Donald R. Tudor and Florence M. Tudor, who survives in Rushsylvania.

On July 20, 1985, she married the love of her life, whom she spent 39 wonderful years with, Roy V. Escamilla, and he survives in Bellefontaine.

Mary is also survived by her sons, Anthony (Jane) Escamilla of Bellefontaine, and Shawn (Kim) Escamilla of Cincinnati; a granddaughter, Sabreena Escamilla; and two grandsons, Eric Escamilla and William Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her father, and daughter, Natasha Escamilla of Birmingham, Alabama.

Mary worked for Tri-County CAC for many years helping with HEAP, PIP, and transportation. Besides her love of attending her grandkids school sports and extracurricular activities she also enjoyed scotch doubles on Saturday nights and traveling with her husband. She enjoyed going to many different states to visit family as well as the yearly family Tudor reunion at her parent’s house.

Mary loved to have a camera in her hands to capture every moment. She not only videotaped, she also snapped pictures. Her favorite pastime was to watch the soap opera The Young and The Restless, as well as classic tv shows like Gunsmoke, M*A*S*H, and The Golden Girls to name a few. Mary will be missed but not forgotten by many.

Visitation will be on Friday, June 28, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine. A funeral will follow at 11 a.m. Friday, June 28, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rushsylvania Cemetery. A lunch gathering will be following held at Ridgeway Church of Christ 124 W. South St. Ridgeway, Oh. 43345
