Victoria L. Flannery, 65, of Belle Center, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Wednesday evening, May 29, 2024, at her home.

Victoria was born in Spokane, Washington, on April 28, 1959, to the late James L. Guthrie and Patricia (Campbell) Woodruff Foster. She was also preceded in death by daughter Heather L. Flannery.

Victoria married Jeffrey S. Flannery on December 16, 1978, in Bellefontaine, and he survives. She is also survived by a daughter Tiffani (Howard) Davis of Ridgeway; three grandchildren: Rylee, Harlen, and Ridge; a sister Camilla (Pat) Keating of Huntsville; a brother Michael (Tami) Guthrie of Bellefontaine; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews who loved her dearly.

Victoria worked alongside her husband at Country Auto for many years.  She had also worked at Holloway Sportswear and various Honda facilities over the years. Victoria enjoyed gardening, and doing arts and crafts. She treasured the time with her grandchildren, and she led a life dedicated to her home and her family.  Her home was filled with love and compassion. Victoria’s grandkids were her top priority and she made it a point to be involved with all their activities. She didn’t know a stranger and everyone became a friend to Victoria.

Rev. Fred Albert will officiate Victoria’s funeral on Tuesday, June 4, at 1 p.m. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 306 N. Elizabeth St., Belle Center, where the family will receive friends two hours prior to the service, from 11am to 1pm.  Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery.
