Sharon “Sherry” K. Faulder, 80, of Quincy, passed away Tuesday morning, May 28, 2024, at Mary Rutan Hospital Emergency Department.

Sherry was born on March 1, 1944, to the late Richard L. and Euanna Mae (Davis) Herndon.

Sherry married her childhood sweetheart, Franklin Faulder in Indiana on September 4, 1963, and he survives in Quincy.  She is also survived by daughters:  Gail (Denvil) Trent of West Virginia, and Amy Lynn Brannan of DeGraff; sons: Noah Franklin (Gail) Faulder of Quincy, and Joel Lynn Faulder of Quincy; 10 grandchildren: Clint Brannan, Roman Nolan, Keenan (Debbie) Nolan, Emily Brannan, Euanna Nolan, Frank Nolan, Bobby Nolan, Connor Faulder, Isabelle Faulder, and Arwen Faulder.  Also surviving is a sister Valerie Mitchell of Lakeview; brothers: Timothy Herndon of Jackson Center, and David (Cindy) Herndon of Jackson Center; and several nieces and nephews.

Sherry worked at NK Parts for seven years and retired in 2004.  She was a member of Rum Creek United Methodist Church and the Jackson Center American Club.  In her spare time, Sherry enjoyed reading and gardening.

Pastor Abby Adams will officiate Sherry’s funeral on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 10am at Rum Creek United Methodist Church, 3693 Co. Rd. 34 North, Quincy.  Visitation will be held on Friday, May 31, from 4-6pm at Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 214 W. Pike St. Jackson Center.  Burial will be in Glen Cemetery, Port Jefferson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Rum Creek United Methodist Church, 3693 Co. Rd. 34 North, Quincy, OH 43343.
