New West Liberty mayor sworn in

The new mayor previously served as the wastewater superintendent for the Village of West Liberty for 17 years and he currently works for the Ohio Rural Water Association, serving communities all over the state. He and Elizabeth are the parents of four children, Joy, 16, a junior at West Liberty-Salem; Amelia, 18, a freshman at Ohio University; Luke, 20, an architecture student at the University of Cincinnati; and Kayla, 22, a recent graduate of The Ohio State University.
