Benjamin Logan FFA members recently participated in a Feed the Farmers event to provide lunches to farmers who are busy harvesting their local fields. The lunches included ham or turkey sandwiches, condiments, chips, drinks and homemade desserts. FFA members who assembled the lunches and made the deliveries included Talley Hartranft, Celeste Allen, Lylli Kelley, Conner Wilson, Jade Kirk, Kelly Catterson, Parker Sutherly, Christian McCarthy, Addie Huffman, Kayley Knox, Chase Miller, Joel Mitchell, Lainee Patton, Sage Kemo, Natalie Chapman, Aubrey Harris, Sophia Harris, Kaylee Hays, Kaylee Oglesbee, Abigail Shafer and Samantha Niswonger. “The members worked together to deliver these lunches to the farmers in the fields in our community to show our appreciation to them,” FFA member Libby Siefring said.
