Robert D. Page, 61, of 11900 County Road 87, lot 2, Lakeview, was charged with criminal trespassing related to an incident Monday morning, Sept. 18, at Logan Acres Care Center, 2745 County Road 91, Bellefontaine.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded about 4 a.m. to the facility regarding a trespassing complaint.
Upon arrival, deputies spoke with Page, who was walking near the entrance. He told deputies that he was walking home, but mentioned that he entered Logan Acres to use the restroom.
That morning, staff members said they responded to the front lobby alarm. The first staff member who made contact with Page instructed him to leave the building. Page reportedly left that facility, but then attempted to enter The Homestead, but found it locked.
Deputies noted that Page had previously been trespassed from the property. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Logan County Jail.
