Beverly Mae Mullins, 64, of Kenton and formerly of Bellefontaine, passed away at 1:21 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, 2023, in Lima Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on February 5, 1959, the daughter of the late Glen Issac Frazier and Margaret Mae (Coyer) Frazier, who survives in Huntsville, Ohio. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Kenneth “Ken” Frazer, Sr. and her son, Chad Marmon.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, Tim Hensley, Jr., a granddaughter, Jaquelyn Mae Hensley, four sisters: Mildred Diane Scheer, Barbara Frazier, Glenna Frazier, Judy Ammons, a brother, Ken Frazier, Jr., a half-sister, Edith Maynard, numerous nieces and nephews, and a special great nephew, Finn Ammons.

Beverly had worked as a bartender and later as a hairdresser. She modeled in her younger years and enjoyed fishing and loved animals.

A celebration of her life is being planned for a later date.
