The McClintick sisters ruled the night Sunday when they took the crowns as 2023 Logan County Fair Queen and Princess. Shyanne, a West Liberty-Salem High School junior and honor roll student, and her younger sibling, Savannah, a WL-S eighth-grader, are the daughters of Daric and Shannon McClintick of Cable. Fair royalty organizer Katie Krabill also took a moment to honor last year’s Fair King Brody Rhoads, who is currently stationed in Japan where he is serving in the United States Air Force. A flag was presented to Brody’s parents as a thank you for all he did for the Logan County Fair and all he’s doing for his country.
Outgoing Queen Izabella Meister also recognized Brody and expressed gratitude for her time serving the fair.
