William Lee Rauch, 58, of Lakeview, OH passed away unexpectedly, Friday, June 23, 2023.

Lee was born on September 10, 1964, in Marion, OH. He is the son of John W. and Cathy L. Miller Rauch, who survive in Elizabethtown, KY. He is preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Briggs.

Lee is survived by his parents, three siblings, Christopher D. (Nicole) Rauch of Bowling Green, OH, Tina L. Sanders of Tiffin, OH, and Pamela S. (Bill) Minnich of Lakeview, nieces and nephews, Amanda R. (Jeremy) Carter, Zoey Rauch, Zane Rauch, Zeb Rauch, Rachel (Kenny) Minnich, and Scott E. Holbrook, and several cousins.

Lee was a 1982 graduate of Toledo Whitmer High School. He owned Indian Lake’s Handyman Service. Lee was a member of Indian Lake Community Church. He enjoyed playing drums and was a former drummer for Megadeth, WarGods, Grimace, and Dark Angel.

He enjoyed working with his hands, gardening, fishing, and going to automotive races. Lee was a loving son, people person and kindhearted. He never met a stranger and would help anyone he saw in need. Lee will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of Lee’s life will be conducted at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be given in Lee’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
