Cancer survivors pancake breakfast planned for May 10

A cancer survivor’s pancake breakfast, planned for 9 to 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, May 10, at the Benjamin Logan Middle School commons.

The breakfast is free for those currently living with cancer and for cancer survivors. Guests are welcome to attend.

Chris Cakes of Ohio will be serving world famous Flying Flapjacks. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, orange drink and coffee.

Later that morning, Benjamin Logan Schools invites all survivors to walk the first lap around the BLHS Gymnasium to kick off the Benjamin Logan High School Raider Relay event at 11 a.m.

Historically, Benjamin Logan Middle School and Benjamin Logan High School have successfully raised thousands of dollars to help provide financial assistance and support to Logan County residents with a cancer diagnosis or cancer related illness. In 2022, BLMS and BLHS collectively raised close to $40,000 which was presented to the Logan County Cancer Society.
