Carolyn Sue Hoffman, 81, of Lakeview, OH, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023, at Otterbein of Cridersville.
Carolyn was born on October 8, 1941, in Bloomfield Twp, Logan Co, OH, a daughter of the late Nelson and Edna Ambos Hoffman. She is also preceded in death by her sisters, Marjorie Hoffman, and Emma Katherine Lehman, and brothers, Neil Hoffman, and Franklin Hoffman.
Carolyn is survived by two sisters, Connie Regula and twin, Marilyn Scherler, long-time friend whom she resided with, John Craver, and several nieces and nephews.
Carolyn attended Washington Schools in Lewistown, OH and was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church in Montra, OH.
Reverend David Sanders will begin memorial services at 11:00 am, Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Shoffstall Funeral Home, 205 S. Main St, Lakeview.
Memorial contributions may be given in Carolyn’s memory to Emanuel Lutheran Church.
