Ramon H. Brooks, 56, of Bellefontaine, passed away Sunday morning, February 26, 2023, at his home.  

Ramon was born in Bellefontaine on November 28, 1966, to the late Florence (Shick) and Ramon W. Brooks.  

Ramon is survived by his siblings: Mark (Penny) Organ of Bradenton, Florida, Stephanie Richardson of Marysville, Jeff (Patty) Organ of Urbana, Ron (Sharon) Brooks of Urbana, Debby (Bob Wooster) Thompson of Griffin, Georgia, and Mike (Linda) Brooks of Columbus; sister-in-law Kathy McCormick of Bellefontaine; cousins: Mecheall (Mark) Giombetti of Melbourne, Florida, and Kris (Roger) Speck of Columbus; and several niece and nephews.

Ramon worked for many years as a handyman/maintenance for Dale Elleman.  He was a member of the American Legion and the Moose.  Ramon enjoyed his computers and loved animals.

There will be no services at this time, however, a celebration of Ramon’s life will be held at a later date.
