Indian Lake’s boys basketball team, which was coming off a lopsided loss to Springfield Shawnee earlier this week, suffered no lingering issues Friday night against Northwestern.

Indian Lake is now 8-9 overall and 6-1 in the CBC. The Warriors fall to 2-14, 1-6.

The Lakers came out red hot, racing to a 29-15 lead after one quarter.

Indian Lake led by 31 points (53-22) at halftime and they held a 34-point advantage (76-42) after three periods.

Camdon Tuttle powered the Lakers with a game-high 26 points. Caiden Nicol had 21 points, Lane Tucci scored nine and Maddux Hall added seven.

In the junior varsity game, Indian Lake won 62-50. Burke Lillard led the Lakers with 11 points and Kyler Haas added 10 points.
