Riverside’s boys bowling team cruised past Greenon 2,711-2,151 on Tuesday at Bowl 10 Lanes.
Zander Crouch led the Pirates with a 254 game and 440 series. Sam King added a 216 game.
Riverside’s girls team lost 2,321-1,556. Kyleigh Duff led the Pirates with a 173 game and 300 series and Kaitlyn Jackson had a 145 game.
Lady Chiefs grab win over Arrows
Bellefontaine’s girls bowling team beat Tecumseh 2,602-1,964 on Tuesday.
Bellefontaine is now 9-1 in the Central Buckeye Conference.
Leading the Lady Chiefs was freshman Gracie Hood, who had games of 203 and 257 for a 460 series.
Also for BHS, Kayla Watkins rolled games of 214 and 180 for a 394 series, Chloe Heminger had games of 212 and 168 for a 380 series, Aubrey Hudson had games of 158 and 193 for a 351 series and Haylee Yelton had a 172 game.
The Chiefs shot 909 their first game and 970 in their second game. They added a baker score of 723.
In the junior varsity girls match, Bellefontaine won by forfeit. The Chiefs posted a 1,941.
Navaeh LaFollette had games of 168 and 149 for a 317 series, Hilary Horn had a 172 game and 299 series, Kyrah Moon had a 164 game and Avery Mullins added a 151 game.
Bellefontaine’s boys team lost to Tecumseh 2,713-2,066.
Eli Stone led the Chiefs with a 225 game and 375 series. Drake Argabright had a 200 game and 357 series.
The junior varsity boys team lost 2,042-1,754. Alex Williams had a 158 game and Jacob Lynch rolled a 148 for the Chiefs.
Indian Lake girls beat Warriors
Indian Lake’s girls bowling team defeated Northwestern 2,266-2,063 on Tuesday.
Kayleigh Zedlitz led the Lakers with games of 193 and 223 for a 416 series. Samantha Johnson had a personal-high series of 403 with games of 203 and 201. Jaelyn Hughes had a 199 game.
Mechanicsburg sweeps Tigers
Mechanicsburg beat West Liberty-Salem’s varsity bowling teams on Tuesday.
The Indians won the boys match 2,509-2,313. Eli Ullery led the Tigers with a 184 game, Kaden Francis had a 182 game and Devon Jones added a 171 game.
The junior varsity boys lost to the Indians 1,682-1,339. Josiah Tidwell led the Tigers with a 156 game.
In the girls match, Mechanicsburg won 2,726-1,553. Elli Ullery had a 148 game and Alyssa Mueller added a 146 game.
