To qualify for NHS, students must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.50 and are selected based on their excellence in Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. Students are expected to actively participate in their school and community while demonstrating leadership both inside and outside the classroom. For selection, students must exhibit outstanding qualities in all four areas and are evaluated by teachers, advisors, and coaches. Final decisions are made by the faculty council.
This year, Benjamin Logan High School will host the NHS County Induction Ceremony on Wednesday, November 6, at 6:30 p.m.
The NHS adviser is Kelly Gibson.
