Chamber hosts Emmy Award Winner, leadership expert Pete Blank

The Logan County Chamber of Commerce announces an upcoming discussion and presentation on a topic that impacts nearly every local business and organization. 

“Culture is Key! Why Your Organization’s Culture Should Be Priority #1” is set for 3 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, July 25, at the Holland Theatre in Bellefontaine.

Key highlights of the event include:

• An expert speaker: with attendees will have the opportunity to learn from nationally renowned leadership expert and former Disney career development trainer Pete Blank, who will share valuable strategies and real-world examples to help organizations enhance their culture. 

Blank has worked with companies all over the world to create engaged employees and successful companies. For 13 years, he worked with The Walt Disney Company where he developed and trained over 55,000 cast members. 

• Audience engagement: Blank’s presentation style incorporates audience polling and a wrap-up question and answer session to allow attendees the opportunity to dive into specific topics around their own organization’s culture.

• Networking opportunities: This event offers a platform for local business owners, managers and teams to connect, exchange ideas, and build professional relationships that can benefit their organizations.
