Estranged husband charged with menacing by stalking

Bumper dragging on pavement leads to arrest

Madriver St., was arrested Saturday for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs after an officer of the Bellefontaine Police Department observed her driving a sport-utility vehicle across a city parking lot with the front bumper dragging on the pavement.

Crews from the Logan County Highway Department are replacing culverts today on County Road 43 between County Road 131 and Township Road 201, weather permitting.
