Rejected petitioners failed to follow instructions

Men arrested for disorderly conduct

A man who allegedly forced his way past a security guard and into the main entrance of Mary Rutan Hospital late Wednesday was charged with disorderly conduct and could face additional charges after review of security footage, officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report.
