Women face OVI charges

CLOUSE

Katherine L. Clouse, 30, of Columbus, was arrested Sunday for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, failure to comply and vandalism to government property. She was cited for failure to drive in the marked lanes of the road.
