Cory Marshal Stewart, 26, of Bellefontaine, passed away unexpectedly in West Liberty on Thursday, April 11, 2019.
He was born in Wooster on Feb. 25, 1993, a son of James “J.C.” Coe and Kimberly D. Stewart, who survive in Bellefontaine.
He is also survived by his daughter, Cecilia Stewart of Bellefontaine; two sisters; Heather Coe of Indian Lake and Desirae Furton of Bellefontaine; a brother, Christopher Coe of Palm Springs, Calif.; his maternal grandmother, Latella Stewart of Urbana; an uncle, Kevin Stewart of Leesville; three aunts; Shelia (Sonny) Earley of Xenia, Shonda Stewart of West Carrollton and Melissa (Michael) Demeter of Huber Heights; and his significant other, Heather Titus of Bellefontaine.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Kenneth Stewart in 2013.
Cory worked as a shift-manager of the Bellefontaine Taco Bell.
He enjoyed skiing and snowboarding at Mad River Mountain and loved cars, his dogs and Iron Tiger Kung-Fu, where he had earned his brown belt.
The Rev. Jack Hager officiates a funeral service at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main St., Bellefontaine, following visitation that begins at 3 p.m.
