State-ranked Ft. Loramie gave a dominating performance Saturday against Riverside in a Division IV girls sectional tournament opener at Sidney High School.

A total of 23 area wrestlers advanced to the district tournament on Saturday.
Indian Lake finished second as a team at the Division II sectional at Milton-Union High School. The Lakers qualified Tyrone Nadeau (113), Kurt Crockett (126), Heath Lange (138), Calvin Davis (145), Kurtis Gibbons (152), L.J. Henderson (160), Shane Asman (195) and Mason Evilsizor (285).
Benjamin Logan and Bellefontaine competed at the Division II sectional at Tippecanoe High School. The Raiders advanced seven wrestlers, while the Chiefs qualified five.
Moving on for the Raiders are Caleb Houser (106), Bryce Gray (126), Russ Hites (138), Robby Eleyet (152), Alec Felty (170), Beau Swank (220) and Beau Harmon (285).
Qualifying for BHS were Lance Houchin (106), Seth Newman (120), Chase Wilcoxon (132), Nate Miller (170) and Joe Rindfleisch (182).
In Division III, West Liberty-Salem and Triad competed at the Lehman Catholic sectional. The Tigers advanced Trevor Anderson (126), while the Cardinals qualified Andrew Zirkle (126) and Damian Boldman (152).
