Coldwater takes two from Lakers

Host Indian Lake dropped a pair of games to a talented Coldwater team Saturday.

The Cavaliers won 4-2 in the opener and then prevailed 8-0 in the second game.

Indian Lake falls to 0-3 on the season.

In game one, Indian Lake scored a pair of runs in the second inning for a 2-0 lead.

However, Coldwater came back with two runs in the third inning to knot the score at 2-2. The Cavaliers went ahead with two more runs in the sixth.

Tyler Reprogle and Josh Smith each drove in a run for the Lakers.

In the second game, Coldwater jumped out to a 4-0 lead after two innings and never looked back.

Indian Lake was limited to just two hits in game two.
