Bellefontaine and Benjamin Logan bowled in the Lima Temple Christian Pioneer Classic on Monday at Westgate Lanes.
After three regular and five baker games, Bellefontaine’s boys did not make the cut for the next round of competition. Cody Hullinger led the Chiefs with a 607 series (199, 206, 202).
The Chieftain girls were in fifth place after the three regular games and the five baker games. They moved on to the best of five baker format, but fell to Coldwater to exit the tournament. Haleigh Stafford led the Chiefs with games of 193, 209 and 176 for a 578 series. Allie Skelly bowled games of 202, 174 and 190 for a 566 series and Haley Watkins added a 173 game.
Benjamin Logan’s girls finished 10th out of 16 teams. They had a pin count of 2,813 after the three regular games and five baker games.
Ben Logan’s boys results were not reported by press time.
