A big sophomore season earned Riverside’s Connor Cotterman a spot on the all-Northwest Central Conference football first team.
Cotterman, who rushed for over 1,000 yards from his running back position this fall, was the lone local player on the first team.
Receiving second-team honors were Riverside’s Joe Rivera (offensive guard), Tanner Lane (running back) and Ryan Davidson (receiver) and Ridgemont’s Eddie Lightner (defensive lineman) and Aaron Shepherd (linebacker).
Local honorable mention selections included Riverside’s Levi Stapleton, Jon Norris and Bill Walter and Ridgemont’s Zane Connolly, Levi Allen and Chris Weyant.
