The win improves the Lakers to 3-1 on the season, while the Rangers fall to 0-2.
“It was nice to get a win in our home opener,” said Indian Lake boys head coach Jon Shoffstall. “The guys have been looking forward to being home and playing in front of our energetic supporters for some time.
“We really played with great energy and we passed the ball exceptionally well. In the second half we connected our passes and really slowed the tempo down. I love watching our guys perform the way they did. We were unselfish and really fed off of each other.”
