The tractor pulls have become a fan favorite at the Logan County Fair, and a large crowd turned out Saturday night for a loud and eventful evening of action.

The pulling program, which was directed by the Ohio State Tractor Pullers Association, began with the Light Limited Pro Stock Class. Rick Heffelfinger was the winner with The Wolf. His winning pull was 323.660. Kolt Adreas, Travis Tilton, Josh Lee and Dan Gibbs rounded out the top five.
Carl O’Dell powered his truck Dirt Donkey to the top spot in the Super Modified 4-wheel drive class. O’Dell’s winning pull was 301.440. David Pearce was second, Kenny Lucas took third, Joey Barnett was fourth and John Grau took fifth.
In the Pro Stock class, Jeremy Smith drove 310 Express to a winning pull of 305.980. Dean Ortner was second, Ryan Walters was third, Danny Dukes finished fourth and John Cespedes rounded out the top five.
Logan Henke was the winner of the PS Semi class with Shameless. The winning pull was 320.960. He was followed by Mark Rook, Dale Mitchell, Shane Canterbury and Matthew Metzger.
The 2.6 Diesel 4X4 class closed out the night’s pulling action. Brion Withrow drove Trouble Maker to a winning pull of 346.420. Reed Strawser was second, Marvin Gillfillan took third, John Shriver finished fourth and Keith Sullivan was fifth.
