Ridgemont boys blitz Ridgedale for 69-50 victory

Ridgemont’s boys basketball team dominated host Ridgedale for a 69-50 win on Tuesday in non-league action.

The win lifts the Gophers to 9-11 on the season.

Ridgedale led 13-12 after the opening quarter, but Ridgemont came back to outscore the Falcons 15-8 in the second quarter. That gave the Gophers a 27-21 advantage at halftime.

The third quarter saw Ridgemont push its lead into double figures at 44-34.
