BL girls continue turnaround

Benjamin Logan’s girls basketball team picked up its 11th win in its last 13 games by beating host Northwestern 50-39 in Central Buckeye Conference Mad River division action Saturday.

The Raiders are now 13-7 overall and 6-3 in the CBC Mad River division. The Warriors fall to 7-13, 1-8.

Ben Logan took a 15-8 lead after the opening quarter and held a 31-21 lead at halftime.

The Warriors edged the Raiders 10-9 in the third quarter, but still trailed 40-31.
