Hilliker swimmers compete in Marion pentathlon

The Hilliker Heat swim team competed in a pentathlon Saturday in Marion and many local swimmers turned in stellar performances.

Highlighting the girls in the 8-and-under division was Morgan Henry. She finished fourth overall in the final standings. She took fourth in the 25 butterfly, fourth in the 100 individual medley, fifth in the 25 backstroke and sixth in the 25 breaststroke.

Also in the 8-and-under age group, Mia Stallard was eighth in the 25 freestyle, 10th in the 25 butterfly, 11th in the 25 backstroke and 15th in the 25 breaststroke, Sarah Fulmer placed eighth in the 25 butterfly, eighth in the 25 backstroke and ninth in the 25 freestyle and Junette Ly was ninth in the 25 breaststroke, ninth in the 100 individual medley, 11th in the 25 freestyle and 13th in the 25 backstroke.
