Friday night dual meets used to be unheard of.

Anymore, though, wrestling is making a run at the prime time spotlight on a consistent basis.

Ohio State’s wrestling team has had several Friday night duals at St. John Arena, often with a certain theme to draw in fans. Numerous high school teams have also been featuring meets on Fridays.

Bellefontaine and Benjamin Logan are joining in on the action and will take on Coldwater tonight in a tri-meet at 6 p.m. at the Ben Logan middle school.

The Chiefs face Coldwater first, followed by the Raiders against the Cavaliers in the second dual.
