North Union’s up-tempo style was a bad match for a weary Benjamin Logan boys basketball team Monday night.
The host Raiders trailed 16-2 three minutes into the game and found themselves in a 19-point hole (50-31) at halftime against the athletic Wildcats.
Ben Logan was unable to recover and went on to suffer a 78-56 loss in a non-league contest.
“The pace of play was the difference in the game,” said Ben Logan head coach Dave Myers. “We have played eight games and we are beat up a little bit. We have been battling sickness and we just looked tired tonight.”
