Bellefontaine and Benjamin Logan split a local Central Buckeye Conference bowling match on Tuesday at T-P Lanes.
The Chieftain boys won 2,617-2,420 over the Raiders, while the Ben Logan girls beat BHS 1,931-1,814.
Joey Jacobs led the BHS boys with games of 201 and 263 for a 464 series and Cody Hullinger rolled games of 207 and 219 for a 426 series. Cale Sterling added games of 199 and 193 for a 392 series.
Logan Wenger led the way for Ben Logan’s boys with games of 183 and 214 for a 397 series. Weston Easter had a game of 197 and 175 for a 372 series and Josh Wiley added games of 168 and 194 for a 362 series.
Danielle Jones sparked the Raider girls to their win with games of 184 and 186 for a 370 series. Also for Ben Logan, Alyssa Smucker had a 181 game and Deanndra Carpenter had a 167 game.
For the Chieftain girls, Alley Skelly had a 153 game and a 285 series and Peighton Wagoner had a 136 game.
In junior varsity action, Ben Logan’s boys beat Bellefontaine 1,753-1,578. The Chiefs saw Dalton Massey roll a 166 game.
Piqua downs WL-Salem
West Liberty-Salem’s boys and girls bowling teams fell to host Piqua on Tuesday.
The Indians won the boys match 2,411-1,945 and took the girls match 2,176-1,964.
Garret Rudasill rolled a 200 game and 345 series to pace the Tiger boys. Austin Randall had a 196 game and 318 series.
For WL-Salem’s girls, Codi McNutt tallied a game of 193 and a 353 series, Sarah Eleyet had a game of 152 and a 279 series.
