Braves shoot past IL boys

Springfield Shawnee handled visiting Indian Lake 74-47 on Tuesday in a Central Buckeye Conference boys crossover basketball game.

The Lakers fall to 0-5 on the season as the Braves improve to 3-1.

Shawnee got off to a fast start to lead 21-12 at the end of the first quarter. The Braves used a 20-9 run in the second quarter to build a 41-21 lead at halftime.
