Indian Lake’s wrestling team had an impressive start to the season Saturday by finishing second at the Oak Habor Invitational.
Fremont Ross won the tournament with 225.5 points, while the Lakers were runners-up with 210 points, 12 placers, two champions and three other finalists.
“I thought it was a good start to the season and we had some really good matches,” said Indian Lake head coach Scott Tressler. “Our younger guys got a taste of what varsity wrestling is like. We had several guys who were successful.”
