Hilliker Heat swim team competes at Great White North meet

The Bellefontaine Hilliker Heat swim team competed in the Great White North Invitational last weekend at the Auglaize-Mercer County YMCA.

There were nine teams in the meet.

Many of the local swimmers dropped time during the event.

For the girls in the open division, Sarah Mally was third in the 200 butterfly and 11th in the 200 freestyle, Molly Schulz was sixth in the 200 backstroke and 19th in the 200 freestyle, Amy Fulmer placed ninth in the 200 backstroke and 16th in the 200 freestyle and Emily Fulmer took 10th in the 200 freestyle.
