GAME PREVIEW: Chiefs looking for win in season finale to help salvage a frustrating campaign

There have not been very many bright moments for Bellefontaine during the 2012 campaign. A win in the season finale Friday would at least help brighten the outlook moving forward.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR:

Stebbins runs the triple-option, an offense Bellefontaine does not see very often. Containing the option will be a big key for the Chiefs on Friday during their season finale

The Chiefs have tasted victory just once this fall in a win over Benjamin Logan. They are mired in a five-game losing skid as they prepare for a trip to Stebbins (2-7, 0-4) on Friday.

“Getting a win Friday is extremely important for us,” said BHS head coach Chris Schmidt. “It has been a challenging season. There is no doubt about that. But this is an opportunity to end the season on a positive note and it is an opportunity for our seniors to go out with a win. I am proud of our seniors. It is a small group, but they have done a good job of hanging together during some tough times. I would love for them to enjoy a win in their final game here.”
