Pequignot wins Outlaw 40 at Shady Bowl Speedway

Joe Pequignot of Bellefontaine won the Outlaw 40 on Sunday to highlight the final racing program of the 2012 season at Shady Bowl Speedway.

Wet grounds and cold weather forced the postponement of racing Saturday night. Track officials decided to push the program back until Sunday.
In the Outlaw 40 for the modifieds, a new format was allowed. Drivers were permitted to remove the roofs from their machines and add side boards and spoilers.
