Once Bellefontaine’s boys soccer team harnessed its energy Thursday, its offense caught fire.
The Chieftains combined a sharp offensive effort and another stingy defensive outing for a 4-0 win over visiting Indian Lake in a Division II sectional semifinal at Dodd Stadium.
“In the beginning I thought they played us really tough,” said BHS boys head coach Steve Henry. “We eventually settled down and spread the ball around better. We were playing with more confidence.”
