Rushing attack comes up big for Ben Logan

Benjamin Logan’s football team overwhelmed visiting Graham with a heavy dose of the triple-option attack Friday.

The Raiders piled up 479 rushing yards in a 35-20 win over the Falcons in Central Buckeye Conference Mad River division action.

The Raiders boost their record to 3-5 overall and 2-2 in the CBC Mad River division. The Falcons stumble to 1-7, 1-3.

Jeremy Brisson led the Ben Logan running game with 196 yards and two touchdowns and Mac Horton had 177 yards and two scores.

In the first quarter, Graham’s Jake Theodor punched in a 1-yard touchdwon run, but the extra-point attempt was blocked. That gave the Falcons an early 6-0 lead.

Horton responded with a 70- yard touchdown run to put his team ahead 7-6.
