The Chiefs improve to 7-2-3 overall and 5-1-3 in the CBC, while the Braves fall to 2-7, 2-8.
“This was a sloppy night, but it was a nice way for our seniors to celebrate their last home game in the regular season,” said BHS boys head coach Steve Henry. “We had some people in that haven’t seen a lot of time this year and they delivered.
“Matt Anderson and Matt Baughman played with a lot of energy up front and it just rippled through our team. We got our sixth shutout of the season, too. That is the stat that I love the most. If our defense keeps playing this way, then we might have a little tournament run in us again this year.”
