Ben Logan boys oust Tigers 3-1

Benjamin Logan’s boys soccer team picked up a big boost of confidence Saturday night with a 3-1 win over host West Liberty-Salem.

Ben Logan is now 2-3 on the season, while the Tigers drop to 1-4-1.

“This was a huge win for us,” said Ben Logan head coach Jamie Hughes. “We had lost three games in a row coming in and we are coming up on the toughest part of our schedule with Bellefontaine, Tippecanoe, River Valley and Tecumseh all in the next eight days. That’s four very tough teams, but with the win tonight that really gave us a boost of confidence.”
