Penny L. Cummins, 49, of West Liberty, passed away at 10:04 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013, at her home.
She was born in Bellefontaine on May 9, 1963, to Joy Jones King, who survives, and the late Robert King.
She also is survived by two sons, Corey and Ben Cummins; a sister, Faith (Carl) Willans of Markleville, Ind.; a brother, Scott (Vicky) King of Marysville; a special friend, Stoney Odle of Bellefontaine; four nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and great-nephews.
Penny was an associate at Honda of America in Marysville.
She was a member of the First Church of God in West Liberty, where she enjoyed singing for church services.
A lover of cats and reading, Penny had a passion for cooking and baking, and was well known for her carrot cake bars.
Pastor Ron Irick officiates a funeral at 11 a.m. Monday at the West Liberty First Church of God. Visitation is 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, West Liberty, and one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Burial is in Highland Memorial Cemetery, West Liberty.
