Geraldine M. Harrold, 93, of Oak Bluffs, Mass., passed away Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital.

She was born Jan. 27, 1920, in Bellefontaine to the late Vance and Genevieve Simons.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bruce D. Harrold in 1978.

She is survived by her daughters Sharon S. Pearson of Vineyard Haven, Mass., and Leslie S. Harrold of Ohio; two grandsons, Philip A. Macy IV and Isaac B. Macy; two great-grandchildren Abigail and Charlotte Macy; a nephew Randy Riblet; and a niece Lisa Riblet Jacobi.

She was a wonderful mother who always loved her family.

She will be buried in Bellefontaine at a later date.
