Patricia Ann “Patty” Freisthler, 57, of DeGraff, passed away at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at her home.
She was born in Bellefontaine on Sept. 23, 1955, to the late Jack Owen and Glenna Jean Moore Bishop. A brother-in-law, Thomas Freisthler also preceded her in death.
On April 23, 1983, she married Ray Freisthler and he survives, along with three sisters, Debra K. Saxton, Karen Sue Strayer and Kathy Jo (Ben) Gantz, all of West Liberty; a brother, David L. (Martha) Bishop of Urbana; three brothers-in-law, James (Sue) Freisthler of Sidney, Robert (Cathy) Freisthler of Lima and Donald (Rhonda) Freisthler of Botkins; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dogs, Cody and Tippy, and her cat Ritty Rat.
A homemaker, she had a passion for reading, flowers and gardening.
Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Eichholtz Funeral Home, Bellefontaine. Burial is at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Universal Home Health and Hospice Care, Riverside EMS and the DeGraff Library.
