Richard E. “Rick” Foust, 62, of Russells Point, passed away Monday morning, Dec. 9, 2013, at Mary Rutan Hospital.
He was born in Piqua on May 15, 1951, to Richard J. and Opal Allen Foust.
Rick was preceded in death by his father and a brother, David Foust.
On Feb. 28, 1971, he married the former Bonnie Hiles in Wapakoneta and she survives, along with his mother, Opal (Roy) Wones of Quincy; two daughters, Jenny Foust of Columbus and Donna Swiger of Russells Point; three grandchildren, Kailey, Jacob and Spencer; two sisters, Betty Pitts of Quincy and Sondra (David) Pitts of Mt. Victory; a brother-in-law, Rick Stevens of College Corner; and several nieces and nephews.
Rick drove for the Shelly Company and was a member of the Indian Lake Eagles. He also played in the Indian Lake pool league for many years.
In his spare time, Rick enjoyed fishing, boating, listening to music and singing karaoke.
A celebration of Rick’s life is at a later date.
