Helen P. Miller, 85, of Crestview, Fla., passed away Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, in Crestview, Fla.
She was born in DeGraff on March 20, 1928, to the late Rex and Eva Ellis Pence.
On Dec. 5, 1958, she married Richard Miller in DeGraff and he preceded her in death Feb. 17, 2006. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Payne.
Survivors include a daughter, Shelley Manahan (Robert) Beaty of Crestview, Fla.; her grandchildren, Tracie (James) Eyman of Ft. Payne, Ala., Tiffiany Park of Urbana and Terri Rister of Bellefontaine; eight great-grandchildren, Brookes, Josh, Mercedes, Tyler, Francisca, Lexus, Emma and Ethan; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Helen retired from Westinghouse after 26 years of service. She enjoyed reading, going on walks and traveling.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Eichholtz Funeral Home, Bellefontaine. Pastor Ray Headings officiates a graveside service at 10 a.m. Monday in the Greenwood-Union Cemetery, DeGraff.
