Jamie Magers, 33, of Mascoutah, Ill., born Sept. 29, 1979, in Columbus, died Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Belleville, Ill.
Mr. Magers was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He enjoyed spending time with his family and working on his classic ’69 Camaro.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Willis Lee and Clara Belle Price Rosebrook.
Surviving are his children, Reagan Magers and Olivia Begley; his mother, Laura Turbeville of St. Cloud, Fla.; his father, Joe E. Rosebrook of Ohio; his fiancée, Tiffany Jameson Begley; two brothers, Joe Judd Rosebrook Jr. of Rushsylvania and Bryant Riddle of St. Cloud, Fla.; three sisters, Penny Rosebrook of Bellefontaine, Toni (Michel) Dresch and Lyndsie Rosebrook of St. Cloud, Minn.; maternal grandparents, Dave (Barb) Magers of Tiffin and Karen Hooper of Seattle; and other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service was conducted today at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. A memorial service in Tiffin is at a later date.
