CLEVELAND (AP) — Cleveland's community college is holding a clothing drive to benefit homeless veterans.
Cuyahoga Community College is accepting cold-weather clothing Saturday until 4 p.m. at its four campuses in the Cleveland area.
An organizer, Laurie Haworth, says there are on average 300 homeless veterans in Cleveland and Cuyahoga County every day.
The clothes will be distributed by a resource center run by the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center.
